What Actually Belongs in Your Single Source of Truth

Not everything belongs in your single source of truth.

That’s the mistake.

Start with what leaders and teams must be able to rely on:

✔ Core workflows (how work actually gets done)

✔ SOPs that guide decisions, not just tasks

✔ Key metrics and reports leaders trust

✔ Clear ownership and escalation paths

If it doesn’t support decisions or consistent execution — it doesn’t belong there.

👉 Centralisation is about usefulness, not volume.
