Challenge the Familiar

Every quarter, pick one admin heavy or critical workflow and ask:

1️⃣ Why do we do it this way? 2️⃣ Why this tool or format? 3️⃣ Why not something simpler?

Even if the answer is “We don’t know” ... that’s progress. You’ve made the invisible visible. And that’s where Continuous Improvement begins.

✨ If you want smoother onboarding, easier handovers, fewer breakdowns... don’t wait for something to break. Review it while it still works.

👉 Start with what feels "fine" - it often hides the most opportunity.  That’s the essence of Lean Thinking and Process Improvement.
